Ingredients

  • Pomfret fish 1 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seed (roasted) 1 tsp
  • Dill seed (roasted) 1 tsp
  • Yogurt/Curd 4 tbsp
  • Lemon Juice 4 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Paprika 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Cooking Directions

  1. Wash fish.
  2. Place all mentioned ingredients in bowl, mix and rub all over the fish.
  3. Marinate the fish for 1-2 hours.
  4. Bake fish in oven, at 160 degree for 30 minutes.
  5. Serve with fresh salad.
