- Pomfret fish 1 kg
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Cumin seed (roasted) 1 tsp
- Dill seed (roasted) 1 tsp
- Yogurt/Curd 4 tbsp
- Lemon Juice 4 tbsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Paprika 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil 1/2 cup

Cooking Directions
- Wash fish.
- Place all mentioned ingredients in bowl, mix and rub all over the fish.
- Marinate the fish for 1-2 hours.
- Bake fish in oven, at 160 degree for 30 minutes.
- Serve with fresh salad.
